It is, however, the Hitman franchise that pioneered this disguise-based form of stealth, and made it great.

It does make a difference, because: if you actually listen to the ambient conversations, the blue shirt version is actually a famous guy in the mascot suit, unlike the other knock-offs (although technically the celebrity is the injured guy on the floor down the hall, and the person wearing the blue shirt version has already stolen it from the celebrity)īut the the entire reason that it's "narcisiss" is because the photo you pick up is of the celebrity mascot suit and not some random.There are myriad schools of thought in stealth games, but two of the most common are social stealth v sneaking stealth. In any case, the starting Mascot disguise won't work and the basement mascot is the easiest one to pacify and grab the disguise from, so it doesn't really change much either way. (like how most Mansion Guards have all kinds of different coloured shirts and headgear) It's possible that the game makes a distinction but I don't think so, it just seems to be a cosmetic variant on the same disguise.
